Have you purchased a weekend pass or a season ticket to access more than one broadcast and have issues finding the content you want to watch?
When purchasing a season ticket or a weekend pass to several livestreams, you will most probably do so via a link that takes you directly to the purchase page:
After paying for the ticket, you are taken to the overview page, where you can find all streams:
If you close this page, and want to have access to all livestreams included in your playlist again (for example the next day), you will not be able to access this page via the original link used to purchase the weekend pass.
To find the content in a season ticket or a weekend pass, simply go to Joymo Arena, select "Browse Playlists" in the menu on the top left side:
In the search bar you can enter the name of the Playlist you are looking for, in this example: Håndballcupen Ski 2021.
You will also receive an email receipt with the direct link to all of the livestreams in the playlist you purchased.
